Apple and Cinnamon Oats

Who loves a warming bowl of oats for breakfast? 🙋🏽 We do!

Try these delicious oats with apple, passionfruit, coconut chips, almonds and cinnamon. Plus a generous scoop of our Au Naturel or Vanilla Creme Alkaline Complete Protein Powder and it will keep you feel satisfied all morning long.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred plant based milk)
Pinch of cinnamon
1 scoop of VIVO Nue Alkaline Complete Protein - either our Au Naturel or Vanilla Creme works well in this recipie
1/2 Pink Lady Apple, sliced into thin wedges
Small handful of coconut chips
1 passionfruit
Small handful of almonds

Method:
1. Place oats, almond milk and cinnamon in a saucepan and cook stirring well. Once cooked, pour into a serving bowl, add a scoop of VIVO Nue protein powder and stir well - more almond milk may be needed.
2. To serve top oats with thinly sliced apple wedges, coconut chips, passionfruit and almonds. Enjoy!
