Avocado on toast
This isn't your ordinary avo on toast - we've amped it up by adding almond butter, fresh herbs and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
1.  Toast a piece of whole grain sourdough. Meanwhile mix in 1 tablespoon of VIVO Nue Au Naturel Alkaline Complete Protein Powder with 1 - 2 tablespoons of almond butter.
2. Once the toast is cooked to your liking, spread the almond butter mix over it.
3. Peel and remove the avocado seed, slice it up and layer it over the almond butter. Sprinkle over fresh herbs - dill and parsley are a good combination, but use what you have on hand. Then sprinkle over a good helping of sesame seeds.

Banana on toast
Peanut butter and banana - is there any better combination?
1. Toast a piece of whole grain sourdough. Meanwhile mix 1 tablespoon of VIVO Nue Coco Bliss Alkaline Complete Protein Powder or 1 tablespoon of VIVO Nue Vanilla Creme Alkaline Complete Protein Powder with 1 - 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
2. Once the toast is cooked to your liking, spread the peanut butter mix over it.
3. Peel and slice a banana, layer it over the top of the peanut butter. Sprinkle chopped peanuts, chia seeds, puffed quinoa and a handful of blueberries.

Tomato on toast
Something savoury? Look no further than hummus, fresh tomatoes and herbs,
1. Toast a piece of whole grain sourdough. Meanwhile mix 1 tablespoon of VIVO Nue Au Naturel Alkaline Complete Protein Powder with 1 - 2 tablespoons of hummus.
