Gingerbread smoothie


1 frozen banana, chopped

2tsp ground ginger

2tsp ground cinnamon

1 scoop Au Natural Alkaline Complete Protein

1/2 nutmeg, finely grated

1 cup vanilla almond milk

1tbsp maple syrup



Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Pour into a glass over ice and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
